Don't forget about the fashion parade on this Saturday 2pm at the Indooroopilly drop in centre. They are usually lots of fun. Local models, door prizes, great afternoon tea (Russian torte that takes two weeks to make and two seconds to eat!)

The upgrade is now complete. Let us know if you find any problems with the site.

We will be continually adding new information and features over the next few months. Ideas and suggestions welcome!

Over the next couple of days we will be performing maintenance on the site. We don't expect any problems but its a major upgrade so it may be offline for a short period of time.

We are considering installing a chat system through the site so people can talk with each other in real time. This can provide another form of communication to help people talk and learn about Lupus.

Results for all those who supported the May raffle!  

UPDATE FROM THE WESTSIDE WALK DAY
A great time was had by all who took part even for one leg of the walk or there to cheer at the end.   The atmosphere at  The Space Indooroopilly drop in centre for Lupus,  was electric as the last count from the collection tins took place, along with the auction and deadline for the National bank to log callers last pledges.  (Some $16,000 dollars is to be shared between the 10 charities at the rough count stage) A great team effort by ABC radio, Westside Quest Newspapers and all involved.

Lupus Australia, Qld Inc has been selected as one of the ten charities to benefit from this walk to be held on Friday 16th May 2008 from the City to Indooroopilly....Donations can be made via  Volunteering Queensland's finance office on 3002 7600 or the following link under Westside Walk "what's new".
